<p>Les technologies dans nos vies ont chang&eacute; les moyens de recruter. Ce f&ucirc;t d&rsquo;ailleurs avec l&rsquo;apparition des sites d&rsquo;emplois (Job Boards) &agrave; la fin des ann&eacute;es 90 que l&rsquo;approche classique (journaux et de l&rsquo;affichage ext&eacute;rieur) a &eacute;t&eacute; revue.</p>
<p>Mais en 2012, les moyens ne vont ils pas au del&agrave; des Job Boards ? La r&eacute;ponse se trouve dans la logique de toute strat&eacute;gie marketing : nous devons &ecirc;tre l&agrave; o&ugrave; sont les cibles !</p>
